Harbour City Centre - Seismic Strengthening

Harbour City Centre is a multistorey building right in the heart of Wellington CBD. It underwent a significant seismic strengthening and refurbishment project to bring up to the National Building Standard. The building was built in the 1920's as an annex to the DIC department store next door. Freyssinet were engaged to perform works as part of the strengthening of the foundation.
