Waikato Expressway - Rubber Bearings

The Waikato Expressway connects Auckland with the Waikato region. The Huntly section involves 15km of four lane expressway. 

Freyssinet supplied 16 Lead Rubber Bearings and associated counterplates as part of the construction of the NIMTR Underbridge. The bearings were 550 and 700mm diameter. 2 type tests were performed as part of the project.
